ACT Transition Program for New Graduates

Calvary Health Care ACT has developed an innovative and exciting program for newly graduated Registered Nurses, Registered Midwives and Enrolled Nurses in their first year of professional practice. With strong emphasis on inclusiveness, support and skill acquisition, this programme was a finalist in the ACT Quality & Health Care Awards (2008) and recognised with multiple journal articles.
